Categorie: Transients
Wikipedia: “A Transient is an astronomical object or phenomenon whose duration may be from seconds to days, weeks, or even several years. This is in contrast to the timescale of the millions or billions of years during which the galaxies and their component stars in our universe have evolved.”
This category houses images of Asteroids, Comets, Novae and Transit Events.
I wanted to dedicate a special category to these because these images really are ‘snapshots’ of objects on one particular place and time in space. There will never be any way to replicate them, making them all … unique.
Below is a list of all objects, I’m adding new pictures to the original topics. Topics are sorted by update.
